Ubisoft kündigte an, dass fünf Produkte des Publishers aktuell mit einem BIU Sales Award ausgezeichnet wurden. Die Preisvergabe honoriert damit herausragende Verkaufserfolge im Bereich interaktive Unterhaltungssoftware in Deutschland. Grundlage des BIU Sales Award bilden die von der media control GFK erhobenen Abverkaufszahlen von Spiele-Datenträgern. Somit stellt der BIU Sales Award eine objektive Auszeichnung für hochwertige und erfolgreiche Spieleproduktionen dar.

Die ausgezeichneten Spiele sind:

- ASSASSIN'S CREED(TM) DIRECTOR'S CUT (PC), BIU Gold Award für mehr als 100.000 verkaufte Spiele in Deutschland.
- DIE SIEDLER® - AUFSTIEG EINES KÖNIGREICHS (PC), BIU Gold Award für mehr als 100.000 verkaufte Spiele in Deutschland.
- ASSASSIN'S CREED(TM) (PS3), BIU Gold Award für mehr als 100.000 verkaufte Spiele in Deutschland.
- ASSASSIN'S CREED(TM) (Xbox 360), BIU Gold Award für mehr als 100.000 verkaufte Spiele in Deutschland.
