Jaschke neuer Geschäftsführer, Dr. Eckert scheidet aus

Jürgen Jaschke (42) ist mit Wirkung zum 30. Mai 2007 in die Geschäftsführung der U-plus Beteiligungen GmbH berufen worden.

Dipl.-Ing. Jürgen Jaschke kommt von der Berliner ALBA Gruppe, dem neuen Gesellschafter der U-plus. Er wird die strategische Entwicklung der U-plus- Gruppe weiter vorantreiben. Seine bisherige Tätigkeit als Geschäftsführer der ALBA Recycling GmbH übt er neben seiner neuen Funktion weiter aus.

Zum 30. Mai 2007 hat der bisherige Geschäftsführer Dr. Wolfgang Eckert (42) nach knapp zwei Jahren an der Spitze der U-plus-Gruppe das Unternehmen verlassen. Dr. Wolfgang Eckert scheidet auf eigenen Wunsch aus, um sich im EnBW Konzern beruflich neu zu orientieren. Bei U-plus hatte Dr. Eckert maßgeblichen Anteil an der erfolgreichen strategischen Neuausrichtung der Konzernstruktur. Durch seine Erfahrung im Bereich Restrukturierung und Turnaround-Management setzte Dr. Eckert in der U-plus die wesentlichen Impulse für die positive strategische Entwicklung des Unternehmens.

Seine Funktion innerhalb des EnBW-Konzerns als Geschäftsführer der EnBW Waste Management GmbH übt Dr. Eckert weiter aus.
