UBM Development beauftragt TÜV SÜD Advimo für das Property Management des Holiday Inn Express in Potsdam

Die TÜV SÜD Advimo GmbH hat für UBM Development das Property Management für das Holiday Inn Express (HIEX) in Potsdam mit 198 Zimmern und einer Nutzfläche von ca. 4.700 m2 übernommen. Das Mandat umfasst das kaufmännische und technische Property Management sowie das Gewährleistungsmanagement. „Wir freuen uns sehr über diese Beauftragung“, sagt Johann Ruopp, Gebietsleiter Nordwest & Ost von TÜV SÜD Advimo. Das HIEX in Potsdam wird über den Standort Berlin der TÜV SÜD Advimo GmbH betreut.
