Ob Alkohol, Drogen oder ein übervolles Punktekonto in Flensburg die Ursache war: Wer seinen "Lappen" abgeben muss, möchte ihn so schnell wie möglich zurück. Häufig führt dann der Weg über die Medizinisch-Psychologische Untersuchung (MPU). Bei manchen Fahrern wird die MPU auch fällig, um zu überprüfen, ob man ihnen die Fahrerlaubnis belassen kann oder nicht.
