Savills Investment Management beauftragt TÜV SÜD Advimo für das „NETZWERK“ in Leipzig

Im Auftrag des international tätigen Immobilien-Investmentmanagers Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) hat TÜV SÜD Advimo am 1. August 2023 das kaufmännische und technische Property Management für das „NETZWERK“ in Leipzig übernommen. Das Single-Tenant-Büroobjekt mit der Adresse Grimmaischer Steinweg 8 / Johannisgasse 11 in Leipzig wurde im Frühjahr 2023 fertiggestellt und hat eine Mietfläche von rund 11.500 m2. Betreut wird das Objekt durch die Erfurter Niederlassung von TÜV SÜD Advimo. „Savills IM ist unser langjähriger Bestandskunde“, sagte Arne Kottke, Leiter des Key Account Managements im Bereich Asset & Property Management bei TÜV SÜD Advimo. „Wir freuen uns sehr über die Ausweitung der Zusammenarbeit und die Möglichkeit, die Eigentümerin beim Betrieb dieses hochklassigen Objekts zu unterstützen.“
