Aktuelle Standards und Themen der Lebensmittelbranche stehen auf dem Programm des „Lebensmittel Experten Meetings” von TÜV SÜD am 11. April 2024 von 13:00-17:00 Uhr in München. Praxisnahe Beispiele, Gespräche mit Experten und ein vitaminreiches Buffet versprechen einen informativen, interaktiven Nachmittag.

„Unser Lebensmittel Experten Meeting möchte eine lebendige Diskussion zwischen Teilnehmenden, Referenten und Experten anregen”, meint Dr. Andreas Daxenberger, Product Performance Manager Food & Feed bei TÜV SÜD. „Neben den Umstellungen auf IFS Food Version 8, FSSC 22000 Version 6 und IFS Logistics Version 3, steht die Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung im Fokus der Veranstaltung.”

• IFS Food Version 8: seit 1. Januar 2024 verbindlich
• FSSC 22000 Version 6: Umstellung steht im April 2024 an
• IFS Logistics Version 3: ab dem 1. Dezember 2024 verpflichtend
• Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung nach der CSRD: auch für die Lebensmittelbranche verpflichtend

Weiterentwicklungen der Lebensmittelstandards
Zertifizierungen sind in der Lebensmittelbranche unumgänglich. Doch die Standards, die die Grundlage für die Zertifizierungen sind, verändern sich. Im Jahr 2024 gibt es sowohl bei IFS Food, FSSC 22000 und IFS Logistics neue Versionen. Details und Praxiseinblicke dazu liefern die TÜV SÜD-Lebensmittelexperten Dr. Andreas Daxenberger und Jürgen Stemper im Rahmen der Veranstaltung.
