Der Betrieb von Gebäuden und Technischer Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) ist durch eine Vielzahl von gesetzlichen Vorgaben geregelt. Für Betreiber ist es nicht einfach, den Überblick zu behalten und den rechtskonformen Betrieb zu gewährleisten. Bei dieser wichtigen Aufgabe unterstützt TÜV SÜD Advimo die Betreiber mit einer Online-Seminarreihe, die aus drei Modulen besteht. Modul 1 befasst sich mit der korrekten Erfassung von Gebäuden und TGA sowie der Identifikation der Betreiberpflichten, Modul 2 widmet sich der Analyse von bestehenden Verträgen, Modul 3 fokussiert auf die Steuerung von Dienstleistern und die Dokumentation. Alle Module starten mit einem kurzen Fachvortrag, in dem die Thematik an Fallbeispielen erklärt wird. Daran schließt sich eine offene Diskussionsrunde an, in welcher die Teilnehmer ihre Erfahrungen austauschen und ihre Fragen stellen können. Die Termine: Modul 1, 24.02.2021; Modul 2, 24.03.2021, Modul 3, 28.04.2021 (jeweils 10:00–11:00 Uhr).
