cgmunich GmbH übernimmt Property Management für Einzelhandelsobjekte in Unterhaching und Dortmund

Die cgmunich GmbH - ein Unternehmen von TÜV SÜD - übernimmt das Property Management für zwei Immobilien aus einem von Savills Investment Management (Germany) für die Institutional Investment Partners GmbH gemanagten Fonds. Der Fonds umfasst unter anderem ein Fachmarktzentrum in Unterhaching mit einer Mietfläche von ca. 13.700 m² und ein Einzelhandelsobjekt in der Dortmunder Innenstadt mit einer Mietfläche von ca. 1.200 m².

Die Betreuung der Immobilie in Unterhaching erfolgt vom Standort München und die Betreuung der Immobilie in Dortmund vom Standort Düsseldorf. Die cgmunich GmbH konnte mit dieser Beauftragung die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Savills Investment Management (Germany) weiter ausbauen.
