Asset Based Finance in Deutschland und TSI – die beiden Begriffe sind eng miteinander verbunden. Die True Sale International GmbH (TSI) entstand 2004 aus einer Bankeninitiative in Deutschland zur Förderung des deutschen Verbriefungsmarktes. Heute gehen die Themen der TSI deutlich darüber hinaus und decken weite Bereiche des Asset Based Finance Marktes ab. Hinter der TSI stehen zehn Gesellschafterbanken aus allen drei Säulen des Bankenmarktes sowie ein Netzwerk von fast 70 Partnern aus dem gesamten Asset Based Finance Markt. Die Umsetzung des Qualitätsauftrages für Verbriefungen erfolgt über das Betreiben einer deutschen Verbriefungsplattform, der Zertifizierung von Verbriefungstransaktionen und Verifizierung von STS-Verbriefungen sowie der unterstützenden Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Weiterentwicklung des Rechtsrahmens für Verbriefungen auch im Rahmen von Veranstaltungen.
