Trotec SpeedMarker-Systeme als Schlüsseltechnologie für smarte Fertigung in der Uhrenindustrie

Die Uhrenindustrie befindet sich im Wandel: steigende Variantenvielfalt, kürzere Produktzyklen und der Wunsch nach Individualisierung erfordern flexible und automatisierte Fertigungslösungen. Mit den SpeedMarker-Systemen bietet Trotec eine skalierbare Laser-Markier- und Gravur-Technologie, die sich nahtlos in moderne Produktionsprozesse integrieren lässt.

Die Systeme sind für den industriellen Einsatz konzipiert und bieten unter anderem:
  • Beste Gravur-Oberflächen auf allen Uhren-Edelmetallen dank einstellbarer Pulslänge (1.5 bis 350 ns) und Pulsfrequenz (1.6 bis 1‘000 kHz)
  • Positionier- und Wiederhol-Genauigkeit im Mikrometerbereich (+/- 0.010 mm) dank kameragestützter Erkennung (Vision Trough-the-Lens)
Ein konkretes Anwendungsbeispiel: In der Serienproduktion einer Luxus-Uhrenmarke werden die  Uhren automatisch zugeführt und der Uhrenboden graviert und dokumentiert – inklusive Seriennummer und Markenlogo. Die berührungslose Bearbeitung reduziert Ausschuss und erhöht die Prozesssicherheit erheblich.
