Neuer USB-zu-HDMI-Konverter: Bildgebung von der Kamera direkt auf den Monitor

Typische Bildverarbeitungsanwendungen benötigen dedizierte Computer zur Durchführung von Bildverarbeitung und -analyse. Einfache Überwachungs- und Visualisierungsaufgaben erfordern jedoch keine weitergehende Bildverarbeitung. Solche Aufgaben werden am effizientesten gelöst, indem die Bilddaten direkt von der Kamera an den Monitor übertragen werden, wodurch auf dedizierte Computer-Hardware verzichtet werden kann und die damit verbundenen Kosten entfallen. Der USB-auf-HDMI-Konverter, der explizit für diesen Zweck entwickelt wurde, erzeugt ein HDMI-Signal aus den Bilddaten einer USB3-Kamera von The Imaging Source. Kameraeinstellungen wie Belichtung und Gain können über ein Bildschirmmenü konfiguriert werden und werden beim Start automatisch wiederhergestellt. Der Konverter unterstützt alle Kameras der 33U- und 37U-Serie von The Imaging Source mit einer nativen Anzeigeauflösung von bis zu 4K. Der Konverter bietet einfach zu bedienende Bildschirmmenüs für Kamera- und Anzeigeeinstellungen über eine USB-Tastatur.
