The event kicked off at the office premises and combined a joint arrival with an exchange of ideas and a professional business photo shoot. The aim was to showcase the team's professional diversity and further strengthen its joint external image. The evening that followed in a relaxed atmosphere allowed for in-depth discussions across departments and locations and promoted personal exchange within the team.
Communication and Feedback as Leadership Tools!
The second day was devoted entirely to further developing team communication and feedback culture. In a moderated workshop, the team worked together on issues of cooperation, responsibility and leadership in everyday consulting.
The workshop was led by Yvonne Krabbe, a systemic couple and family therapist with DGSF accreditation, certified mediator, supervisor and organisational consultant according to SG, and recognised systemic constellation facilitator of the DGfS. She is a social pedagogue with a bachelor's degree, a master's degree in counselling and a theologian, and has many years of professional experience in counselling practice in Münster.
In their joint work, she guided the team through practical reflection phases, dialogue formats and specific exercises. The focus was on real work situations, clear communication and the conscious handling of feedback. The aim was to strengthen a common attitude that provides security, creates orientation and improves cooperation in the long term.
