Pixis Labs/ Columbia Food Laboratories merge names to become Columbia Laboratories.
Please welcome Columbia Laboratories as the Pacific Northwest’s latest brand for high quality analytical testing. Formerly known collectively as “Pixis Labs” and “Columbia Food Laboratories,” the new name more accurately reflects their consolidated mission to support public health and safety though expanded testing options.
In 2015 both long-standing Portland labs joined the global Tentamus Group. With the support of their international partners, they have overhauled operations; investments in new technologies, updated infrastructure and a new management dedicated to the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Columbia Laboratories’ will continue expansion of their core service lines; food safety, nutritional analysis, water quality and nutraceutical testing, with quicker turnaround times and larger capacity.
Columbia Laboratories’ list of accredited testing options under their ISO 17025: 2017 and TNI accreditations has been on the forefront of that expansion.
