…up to high vacuum and beyond –

PTFE insulated cables from Telemeter Electronic

(PresseBox) (Donauwörth, )
Only Materials with a low outgassing behavior are certified for a high vacuum environment of up to 10-8 mbar, which means PTFE, with its low outgassing behavior (average outgassing rate is 2x10-8 l/sec cm² post 24h) is the preferred isolation material of power cables for actors, signal cables for sensors, PTFE tubes or single wires in a vacuum environment. The material properties of PTFE only allow bound water Molecules and volatile hydrocarbons to outgass over time.
