Tele Columbus AG kündigt Nachfolger für den Finanzvorstand an

Die Tele Columbus AG (ISIN: DE000TCAG172, WKN: TCAG17) gibt eine Änderung im Vorstand bekannt: Frank Posnanski (51), seit 1. September 2011 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) der Tele Columbus Gruppe und seit 12. September 2014 Mitglied des Vorstands der Tele Columbus AG, wird das Unternehmen auf eigenen Wunsch zum 15. Juli 2018 verlassen.

Seine Nachfolge als CFO und Mitglied des Vorstands übernimmt zu diesem Datum Eike Walters (39), der seit November 2007 bei der Tele Columbus Gruppe tätig ist und seit April 2014 als Director Controlling die kaufmännische Steuerung sowie die Leitung strategischer Unternehmensprojekte verantwortet. Eike Walters wird in seiner neuen Funktion als CFO gemeinsam mit CEO Timm Degenhardt die Konsolidierung der laufenden Integrations- und Migrationsprozesse vorantreiben und die Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie sicherstellen.
