For more than 25 years TECHART trains in various technical and commercial job profiles. Now Chamber of Handicrafts rewards this efforts with the "Bildungspyramide" of Stuttgart region. For more than 10 years this prize has been awarded to companies in six regional counties, which perform a great service in qualifying young people above the standard training plan. Criteria are the success of apprentices at performance competitions held by German Chamber of Handicraft, or the implementation of support programs like private lessons and further education sessions.
"Every year many companies devote themselves to high quality of handicraft apprenticeship - every year just a few stand out with extraordinary commitment", Claus Munkwitz, Managing Director of Stuttgart's Chamber of Handicrafts emphasis. The success of apprentices is always a merit of their instructors, who coach these young people and guaranteeing their future by professional knowledge transfer.
Training contents and plans at TECHART are characterized by sustainability and flexibility. Changing circumstances as well as rising requirements of the economy are considered constantly. An important aspect in regards to the shortage of skilled professionals in Germany.
