TEAG schließt Finanzierungskampagne zur Energiewende über 1,1 Mrd. Euro erfolgreich ab

Neun renommierte Kreditinstitute unterstützen Kapitalbeschaffung. Recruiting-Kampagne und Hochlauf der Investitionen erfolgreich.

Zur Umsetzung der Energiewende in Thüringen hat die TEAG Thüringer Energie AG im vergangenen Jahr 2024 ein umfangreiches Projekt zur Fremdkapitalbeschaffung durchgeführt.
Insgesamt wurden für Investitionen in den Jahren 2025 bis 2027 rund 1,1 Milliarden Euro Fremdkapital als Darlehen am deutschen Kapitalmarkt eingeworben. Die Kreditlaufzeit liegt durchschnittlich bei mehr als 20 Jahren.  
Die Darlehen werden von der Europäischen Investitionsbank (EIB) sowie acht weiteren kommerziellen Kreditinstituten (KfW IPEX-Bank, NordLB, LBBW, DekaBank, DZ Bank, Unicredit, DKB und Sparkasse Mittelthüringen) bereitgestellt. Bei der Strukturierung und Umsetzung der Finanzierungskampagne wurde die TEAG von HKCF Corporate Finance GmbH unterstützt.
TEAG hat bereits in 2024 die Investitionen in ihre sieben Netze und Erzeugungsanlagen ggü. den Vorjahren mehr als verdoppelt. Die Basis dafür bilden einstimmige Beschlüsse der mehr als 500 kommunalen Anteilseigner der TEAG in 2023 sowie die in 2024 erfolgreich angelaufene Recruiting-Kampagne.
