TE-SYSTEMS und voice robots kooperieren im Bereich VoIP

Die auf der CeBit 2004 geschlossene Kooperation des Wolfsburger CAPI-Spezialist TE-SYSTEMS und der Heidelberger voice robots GmbH für Lösungen im Bereich Voice-over-IP wurde jetzt durch die offizielle Freigabe der robot 5TM Plattform für den Einsatz der XCAPI von TE-SYSTEMS bekräftigt.

Durch die Sprachautomations-Plattform robot 5TM kann sich ein Mensch mittels natürlicher Sprache mit einem Computer unterhalten.

Die XCAPI (www.xcapi.de) nutzt dabei die herkömmliche Telefonie - Anbindung von robot 5. Damit kann die Sprachautomationssoftware neben ISDN direkt in einer Vielzahl von VoIP-Umgebungen wie z.B. Cisco, Innovaphone, Siemens oder Tenovis betrieben werden. Durch die optionale Einbindung von ISDN-Karten kann robot 5TM in gemischten Umgebungen von Voice over IP und ISDN genutzt werden.

Gemeinsam mit TE-SYSTEMS wurden umfangreiche Tests erfolgreich durchgeführt. voice robots Kunden, die an einer Migration interessiert sind, können ab sofort Ihre bestehenden robot 5TM Anwendungen nahtlos in VoIP Umgebungen integrieren.

Zusammen mit Partnern von voice robots wurden in der Testphase bereits einige Lösungen realisiert.
