Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen Austauschplattform für bahnspezifischen Lerncontent

Um Wissensaustausch und Kompetenzentwicklung in der Bahntechnik zu fördern, etabliert sycat mit bahnportal.org eine gemeinsame Austausch- und Lern-Plattform für die Bahnbranche.

Entwickelt wird die Plattform in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern aus Bahnunternehmen und der sycat IMS GmbH, einem führenden Hersteller von Software für Qualitäts-, Dokumenten- und Lern-Management. Das Angebot richtet sich unter anderem an Betreiber, Hersteller, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbeauftragte sowie Instandhalter von Schienenfahrzeugen und Bahninfrastruktur.

Das Bahnportal bietet:
  • Bereits fertig produzierte digitale Lerninhalte, Schulungen und Streckenkunde-Videos
  • Die Möglichkeit der Erstellung eigener Lerninhalte und Streckenkunden
  • Eine gemeinsame Austauschplattform für bahnspezifischen Lerncontent und digitale Streckenkunde
Unabhängig von der gemeinsamen Austauschplattform gibt es außerdem die Möglichkeit, mit sycat-eLU ein speziell für die Bahnbranche vorkonfiguriertes Lern-Managementsystem zu kaufen oder zu mieten. Damit lassen sich schnell und unkompliziert digitale Mitarbeiter-Schulungen, mobile Unterweisungen sowie Weiterbildungen durchführen.
