Tarachi Gold Files Magistral PEA Technical Report on SEDAR

Tarachi Gold Corp. (CSE: TRG) (OTCQB: TRGGF) (Frankfurt: 4RZ) (“Tarachi” or the “Company” - https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/tarachi-gold-corp/) is pleased to announce the filing on SEDAR of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) for its wholly-owned Magistral Mill and Tailings (“Magistral”) gold project located in Durango, Mexico. Results of the PEA were previously announced in a Company news release dated December 13, 2021.

The PEA, titled “Magistral Project: NI 43-101 Technical Report on Preliminary Economic Assessment” (the “Technical Report”), was prepared in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101 by Ausenco Engineering Canada Inc. (“Ausenco”) and has an effective date of December 12, 2021. The PEA can be found under the Company’s profile at www.sedar.com and will soon be made available for download on the Tarachi’s website at www.tarachigold.com.

Tarachi Gold is a Canadian-listed junior gold exploration company focused on exploring and developing projects in Mexico. Tarachi acquired the Magistral Mill and tailings project in Durango, Mexico in 2021. Magistral includes a 1,000 tpd mill and access to a tailings deposit with Measured and Indicated resources of 1.26 million tonnes at a grade of 1.93g/t Au.
