Today's Annual General Meeting of Sustainable Performance Group AG (SPG) approved the Board of Directors' proposal to wind up SPG and transfer it to the Globalance Sokrates Fund. More than 98% of votes represented were cast in favor of the proposal.
The AGM also approved the Board's other proposals by large majorities.
