STP Group, a leading provider of complete legal-tech solutions for lawyers, insolvency administrators, notaries and legal departments, announced today the acquisition of the Belgian software company Knowliah. Knowliah is a leading AI-powered SaaS provider of enterprise legal management solutions for legal departments. With the fourth acquisition within one year, STP Group takes another important step to expand its portfolio and further drive its international expansion.

Knowliah is a leading European legal tech software provider specializing in process optimization and communication in legal departments. Knowliah helps companies manage operational and legal processes, as well as the tedious process of searching, classifying and creating documents. Knowliah's AI-powered SaaS platform was identified by Gartner and Forrester as an innovative vendor in the area of enterprise legal management and contract lifecycle management. It is now used by more than 25,000 users in 25 countries in the legal departments of well-known companies such as Schindler, Allnex, Daikin, MSC and Geely.

By focusing on processes in legal department, Knowliah fits perfectly into the strategy of the STP Group, which aims to become the leading European legal tech platform for small, medium and large law firms as well as corporate legal departments.
