NextGen Claims Management: stp.one lauches new Creditor Hub

(PresseBox) (Karlsruhe, )
Major creditors can now access the new Creditor Hub from stp.one and thus can not only digitize the countless and diverse claims registrations, but also save themselves a lot of time and work. The stp.one Creditor Hub represents the next generation of modern creditor claims management, which integrates seamlessly into existing IT system landscapes, simplifies claims registration and provides status updates in real time. For the first time, major creditors and insolvency administrators can work together directly without media disruptions, making a valuable contribution to more efficient insolvency proceedings and more sustainable justice.

Like a control center, the Creditor Hub transforms the complex claims management of major creditors: processes are optimized, and the centralized processing of claims creates unprecedented efficiency and transparency.

The Creditor Hub was developed to speed up the process of registering claims and to bring the associated processes up to the latest digital standard.

Three central functions are responsible for this:

1. Digital insolvency administration and communication optimizes the communication process, as all creditor information is stored completely, clearly and centrally.

2. Regular real-time status updates provide creditors with up-to-date information on the status of claims, so that all parties involved in the process are automatically informed of changes and developments.

3. The Creditor Hub also has a comprehensive search function that can be used to easily search for all published insolvency proceedings throughout Germany, which helps to identify potential claims.

From the outset, the Creditor Hub reduces complexity by bringing together and clearly displaying all the information relating to insolvency proceedings for creditors. This new transparency and the automatically generated updates go hand in hand with a better overview of all claims and the fact that potential opportunities for claims can be identified better. As the Creditor Hub also reduces effort and costs, the investment in digital claims management pays off faster than expected.

Oliver Bendig, CEO of stp.one: "The Creditor Hub is revolutionizing the way we manage and process claims. It enables efficient processes and improved data processing for major creditors by combining insolvency proceedings and claims on a central plaUorm. Thanks to 100% digitalization, it not only modernizes claims management, but also lays the foundation for a future in which data plays an increasingly important role in decision-making and becomes a critical success factor."
