24th Leipziger Insolvenzrechtstag (Leipzig Insolvency Law Day)

The STP Group presents solutions for the implementation of electronic legal transactions

(PresseBox) (Karlsruhe /Leipzig, )
On 20 February, 2023, the STP Group, a leading provider of complete legal-tech solutions, will present its approaches for the implementation of electronic legal transactions (ERV) at the "Leipziger Insolvenzrechtstag", which will take place at the KUBUS building of the Helmholtz Centre. Not only will the team of experts from the legal-tech provider inform trade visitors about the legal basis and specific requirements for action, they will also share their own practical experiences.

Frank Lembke, Chief Operation Officer of the STP Group: "We have been dealing with the challenges and framework conditions of electronic legal transactions for a long time and have built up the relevant expertise. We would now like to share this with our customers, especially as we know that practical examples can be a valuable driving force for change. This is also how we see our role at the Leipziger Insolvenzrechtstag. Based on the experience we have gained through the successful implementation of ERV projects, we can and would like to help law firms implement the legal requirements as quickly and intelligently as possible."

Lembke and his team know how the interface between a document management system with insolvency administration and the beA-DESK software must be designed to ensure that incoming and outgoing mail processes run as smoothly and automatically as possible. They will therefore present their understanding of these topics at the Leipziger Insolvenzrechtstag as well as the resulting concept for an optimally digitalised process. Those interested in learning more and finding out about STP Group's latest insolvency solution can also register for a demo of winsolvenz.p4.
