Feeling Hot Hot Hot

This year, building machine manufacturer >stock big® Germany is able to test its special cooling mechanism for machines exposed to extreme heat at home!

(PresseBox) (Siek, )
The extraordinarily hot summer of 2010 is bringing the conditions experienced at construction site in far away countries around the world to the German manufacturer's doorstep. Yet it is not only construction site workers that suffer as a consequence of extreme temperatures. Building machines equally strain under the extreme heat and unless suitable provisions are made, machines will cease to operate as a result.

>stock big® Germany in Siek by Hamburg has especially designed a cooling mechanism for its new universal allinone >stock big® No.3 delivery pump. The cooling mechanism is particularly geared towards protecting the vital components within its electricity cabinet. While its powerful 7.5kw motor is designed to withstand temperatures of up to 100°C, the electrical components will require cooling to never exceed operating temperatures of 40°C. The versatile >stock big® No.3-400/FU can be combined with a compulsory mixer and, adding an air compressor and spraying equipment, it can even be equipped to function as a plastering machine. Due to its power and versatility, the new >stock big® No.3 is particularly sought after in markets like the U.A.E.

At least this Summer, >stock big® Germany's research laboratories in Northern Germany do not have to make up the potential ambient temperatures found at building sites in U.A.E. "This makes for a pleasant change from the usually reserved Northern German Summers" comments coowner Ulrich Stock. "Machine production is like any survival, a process of constant innovation and adaptation. Adaptability is a big topic with many building and construction projects and we are proud to be contributing our part by offering a smart cooling option with our >stock big® No. 3 delivery pump" he added.

Company CEO Jörn Stock said that while >stock big® Germany will continue to adhere to testing machines and materials at local sites, the ability to test this new cooling system under near to expected conditions at the German headquarters signifies a considerable advantage.

Again, it was asking the question: "Can this be done any better?" and twisting the existing that has lead >stock big® Germany to further improving their machines. Congratulations! How cool is this!
