Die Stephan Schaumstoffe GmbH präsentiert sich vom 23. bis 25. September 2025 auf der FachPack in Nürnberg (Halle 5, Stand 5-152).

Im Mittelpunkt stehen innovative Verpackungsentwicklungen und die breite Materialvielfalt: von PE-Schaum, Recycling- und ESD-Schaum über HKP, Wellpappe und Wabenpolster bis hin zu konstruktiven Kombinationen.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist der großflächige Digitaldruck, der Wellpapp-Verpackungen optisch aufwertet und individualisiert.Besucher erhalten Einblicke in maßgeschneiderte und nachhaltige Verpackungslösungen für unterschiedlichste Branchen.

Stephan Schaumstoffe GmbH

Die Stephan Schaumstoffe GmbH mit Sitz in Florstadt wurde 2002 als Hersteller für anspruchsvollste Verpackungslösungen aus PE-Schaum, PP-Stegplatten und konstruktive Einstofflösungen aus Wellpappe gegründet. Im Bereich der PE-Schaum-Verpackungen entwickelte sich das Unternehmen bald zum Spezialisten für Sonderlösungen vor allem für empfindliche, hochwertige Produkte aus den Bereichen Medizintechnik, Mess.- Steuer-, und Regeltechnik sowie optische Geräte. Seit 2014 ist Stephan Schaumstoffe auch im Bereich des Recyclings von Rücklaufmaterial und Verschnittstücken aus der Produktion tätig. Die Anlage zur Herstellung von Kunststoffgranulat, das anschließend wieder zu Schaumstoff extrudiert werden kann, wird zu 100 Prozent aus der firmeneigenen Solaranlage mit Strom versorgt. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit ca. 75 Mitarbeiter.
