Alle grundlegenden Prinzipien werden Ihnen in einem ergebnisorientierten und für Sie massgeschneiderten Mix aus Präsenzunterricht und begleitetem Selbststudium vermittelt.

Bildungsziele:

Die Teilnehmenden kennen und beherrschen ihre Rolle und Verantwortung als Projektverantwortliche. Sie verstehen den Wert und die wesentlichen Grundlagen des Projektaufbaus und –ablaufs sowie den Inhalt von Projektergebnissen. Sie können nach Absolvierung dieses Trainings kleinere und mittlere Projekte effizient und erfolgsorientiert führen.
