Die zunehmende IT-Unterstützung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie ein stark steigender Kostendruck in den Unternehmen führt zu einer Zunahme der Anforderungen an die Produktivität der Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit dem Arbeitsplatz-Rechner.

Der Vortrag zeigt auf, welche Auswirkungen mangelnde Produktivität am Arbeitsplatz hat und wie Benutzer befähigt werden können, im Umgang mit den Informationen und Anwendungen am Rechner produktiv umzugehen.

Praktische Beispiele zeigen die Herausforderungen auf, die sich für die IT und Organisationsabteilungen im Hinblick auf die Produktivität der PC-Benutzer ergeben.
