SYNA setzt die X4 Suite von SoftProject für Aufgabenstellungen im Datenaustausch zwischen Back-End-Systemen ein. Durch den Einsatz der X4 Suite sollen hierbei auch die hohen Anforderungen der SYNA hinsichtlich Datensicherheit und Performance umgesetzt werden. Über ein Monitoring werden sämtliche Prozesse zudem kontinuierlich überwacht.
