Softing Industrial presenterar den senaste versionen 5.40 av dataFEED OPC Suite. Denna version erbjuder väsentliga förbättringar för att optimera integrering av industridata. De nya funktionerna omfattar stöd för Siemens SINUMERIK ONE och anslutning till MPDV Manufacturing Integration Platform (MIP).

De nya funktionerna i en översikt:
  • SINUMERIK ONE-stöd
    DataFEED OPC Suite 5.40 har nu stöd för Siemens SINUMERIK ONE (från V6.21) och SINUMERIK 840D Powerline (från V5.3). Detta gör att processvärden från CNC-styrningar kan integreras direkt i OPC-applikationer. Förutom åtkomst till NCK-data (Numerical Control Kernel-data) erbjuder sviten även en anslutning till den integrerade SIMATIC S7 PLC. Detta möjliggör effektiv programövervakning och enkel driftsättning tack vare fördefinierade symbolfiler.
  • MPDV MIP-anslutning:
    Stöd för MPDV Manufacturing Integration Platform (MIP) från MPDV Microlab GmbH öppnar upp nya möjligheter för att koppla ihop industriella IT-applikationer. Företag kan smidigt integrera maskindata i MIP-miljö och koppla dem till olika tillverkningsappar (mApps). Detta minskar integreringskostnader och skapar en flexibel, tillverkaroberoende lösning för digital produktion.
Med dataFEED OPC Suite 5.40 befäster Softing Industrial sin position som en ledande leverantör av mellanprogramlösningar för industriell datakommunikation. Sviten möjliggör enkel, högpresterande och säker anslutning av maskiner, IT- och molnsystem – oavsett tillverkare och protokoll.
