Softing Industrial præsenterer den nyeste version 5.40 af dataFEED OPC Suite. Dette giver betydelige forbedringer til optimering af industriel dataintegration. De nye funktioner omfatter understøttelse af Siemens SINUMERIK ONE og tilslutning til MPDV Manufacturing Integration Platform (MIP).

Et overblik over de nye funktioner:
  • SINUMERIK ONE-understøttelse
    DataFEED OPC Suite 5.40 understøtter nu Siemens SINUMERIK ONE (fra V6.21) og SINUMERIK 840D Powerline (fra V5.3). Det gør det muligt at integrere procesværdier fra CNC-styringer direkte i OPC-applikationer. Ud over adgang til kernedata for numerisk styring (NCK-data) tilbyder suiten også en forbindelse til den integrerede SIMATIC S7 PLC. Det giver mulighed for effektiv programovervågning og enkel idriftsættelse takket være foruddefinerede symbolfiler.
  • MPDV MIP-forbindelse:
    Understøttelse af MPDV Manufacturing Integration Platform (MIP) fra MPDV Microlab GmbH åbner nye muligheder for at skabe netværk mellem industrielle it-applikationer. Virksomheder kan problemfrit integrere maskindata i MIP-miljøet og forbinde dem med forskellige produktionsapps (mApps). Det reducerer integrationsomkostningerne og skaber en fleksibel, producentuafhængig løsning til digital produktion.
Med dataFEED OPC Suite 5.40 konsoliderer Softing Industrial sin position som en førende leverandør af middleware-løsninger til industriel datakommunikation. Suiten giver mulighed for enkel, effektiv og sikker tilslutning af maskiner, IT- og cloud-systemer - uanset producenter og protokoller.
