Softing Industrial Automation GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares in Delta Logic Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, based in Schwäbisch Gmünd, effective April 11, 2025. With this acquisition, Softing Industrial strengthens its position as a leading provider of communication solutions for industrial automation and expands its portfolio with powerful products for PC-to-PLC communication.

Delta Logic brings extensive expertise in communication between PC-based systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to Softing Industrial. Integration into Softing Industrial Automation GmbH by Early 2026
As of April 11, 2025, the management of Delta Logic Automatisierungstechnik GmbH has been assumed by Thomas Hilz and Thomas Rummel, the joint Managing Directors of Softing Industrial. Full integration into the Softing Industrial organization is planned for the end of 2025. At that point, the Delta Logic brand will also be fully migrated, with all products and solutions operating under the name Softing Industrial going forward.

- ACCON NetLink PRO compact: A compact communication and programming adapter for connecting PCs with S7 or SINUMERIK controllers. Supporting MPI (Multipoint Interface), PPI (Point-to-Point Interface), and PROFIBUS, the adapter also enables TCP/IP connectivity – making it ideal for remote access via the internet, intranet, or dial-up routers.
