Presentation of the new weighing platforms & terminals at LogiMAT - Hall 1, Stand L08
Weighing and measuring is one of the core processes in industry. For the digitalisation of production, warehousing and logistics, weight values are increasingly being transmitted automatically. To support small and medium-sized companies in particular, Soehnle Industrial Solutions has developed weighing terminals with WLAN and Bluetooth® interfaces, DHCP network connections and other standard interfaces. Weight values can also be transferred directly to the SAP® ERP system, other merchandise management systems or PC systems via software modules or software programmes. Interfaces such as Profinet, Profibus or EtherCAT are available for automation and control technology.
In addition, a new web server-based terminal has been developed, which is used for remote maintenance or remote analysis, among other things.

"A comprehensive range of scales, terminals and accessories enables the weighing system to be put together specifically for customer-specific requirements at a good price-performance ratio."
As processes become increasingly automated, dynamic weighing and data acquisition systems are being used. Automatic weighing systems that can be calibrated are integrated into conveyor systems with belt speeds of up to 2 m/s and a throughput of up to 120 items per minute. The information point is used for data acquisition and concentration of all item-related information such as barcode, volume and weight.
The new "SSC Pro" software programme for Windows® PC and server systems can receive, process, save and forward the weighing data via the Ethernet, USB and serial interfaces. The 16 data filters with actions can be used to customise the received weighing data. Further processing options include CSV export, keyboard loop-in and data logging.
The "Scale Mobile" app from Soehnle Professional is now available to download from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store for remote control of scales, data logging and monitoring. The app is available in three versions: Basic, Pro and Ultra. Depending on the version, additional functions such as exporting weighing data and connecting to weighing technology from other manufacturers are possible.
In addition to these innovations, Soehnle Industrial Solutions will also be presenting a new weighing platform for the high-resolution SC counting and checkweigher at LogiMAT 2025. The special design of the weighing platform shortens the measuring time with an exact weighing, counting and checkweighing result.
The SD memory card integrated as standard offers up to 999 entries for items with reference and target weights as well as tolerances, customer or supplier data. Data is imported and exported using the optional PC user programme. Master data can be imported and exported from the terminal in just a few steps. In addition, the memory card can be used for fail-safe data and function storage. In combination with a precision scale, the scale can also be used as a high-resolution quantity scale.
