SMC Deutschland erweitert seine Innovationsplattform: Am 29. Januar 2026 eröffnet das Unternehmen im Technologiecluster „Silicon Saxony“ sein neues Industrial Application Center (IAC). Auf über 180 Quadratmetern erleben Unternehmen modernste Automatisierungstechnologien – von Pneumatik und Vakuumtechnik bis hin zu Industrie-4.0-Anwendungen.

Das IAC bietet eine praxisnahe Umgebung zur Analyse und Optimierung realer Produktionsprozesse. Ziel ist es, gemeinsam mit Kunden maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für aktuelle und zukünftige Automatisierungsanforderungen zu entwickeln.

Mit dem neuen Standort in Dresden ergänzt SMC sein bestehendes Applikationszentrum am Hauptsitz in Egelsbach und setzt einen starken Impuls für die industrielle Automatisierung der Zukunft.
