Skype ist ab sofort auch für das BlackBerry Z10 in einer Preview-Version verfügbar. Sobald Z10-Nutzer das Betriebssystem auf Blackberry 10.1 upgedated haben, können sie sich Skype aus der BlackBerry World herunterladen.

Die Skype-App für das BlackBerry Z10 ist das Resultat einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit BlackBerry und umfasst die beliebten Skype-Funktionen wie Sprach- und Videoanrufe, Skype-Nachrichten, sowie günstige Anrufe in das Fest- und Mobilfunknetz weltweit. Zudem verfügt die Preview-Version über eine nahtlose Integration der Skype-App in das Telefonbuch und den BlackBerry Hub. Da es sich bei Skype für BlackBerry Z10 um eine Preview-Version handelt wird es in Kürze weitere Updates von Skype für BlackBerry geben.
