SKYLOTEC schließt Akquisition von LIBERVIT SAS ab

SKYLOTEC hat die Akquisition des französischen Spezialisten LIBERVIT SAS erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Der Vollzug der Transaktion erfolgte am 9. Januar 2026.

Im Zuge des Closings wurden LIBERVIT SAS und SKYLOTEC France Sarl zur neuen Gesellschaft SKYLOTEC France SAS zusammengeschlossen. Der bisherige Standort von Libervit in Perpignan bleibt erhalten und wird der zukünftige Hauptsitz von SKYLOTEC in Frankreich.

LIBERVIT wird künftig als Produktmarke für hydraulische Breachtools  weiter geführt. Als Hersteller ist SKYLOTEC – Special Operations Equipment (SOE) einzigartig: Mit hydraulischer und mechanischer Öffnungstechnik, batteriebetriebenen Seilwinden für militärische und polizeiliche Einsätze sowie Kletter- und Boarding-Equipment für maritime, alpine und urbane Umgebungen bietet kein anderes Unternehmen ein vergleichbares Spektrum an Lösungen. Dieses Angebot wird durch speziell entwickelte Trainingsprogramme für Militär, Polizei, Feuerwehr und Rettungsdienste ergänzt.
