Die Rauchschutzvorhänge Smoke PROtec® leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag bei der Erfüllung der bauaufsichtlichen Auflagen. Ihr Gewebematerial ist aus beschichtetem Glasfasergewebe und erfüllt die Anforderungen an rauchdichte Stoffe nach DIN EN. Leider gibt es noch viel zu oft eine Verwechslung mit der bauaufsichtlich definierten Anforderungen an rauchdichte Türen nach DIN 18095, die nicht für dieses Bauprodukt vorgesehen ist. Das kostet vor allem die Bauherren viel Geld, und trägt nicht mehr zur Erreichung von Schutzzielen bei, wie die Funktion eines Vorhangs ohnehin bietet.
