Change at the top of Sill Optics

Dr. Guido Bonati appointed as new CEO of Sill Optics GmbH

(PresseBox) (Wendelstein, )
Sill Optics GmbH announces a change in the management team: As of April 1, 2025, Dr. Guido Bonati will take over as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The previous CEO, Christoph Sieber, has decided to pursue new professional challenges outside of Sill Optics after many years of successful leadership.

Christoph Sieber has led Sill Optics since 2011. Under his leadership, significant investments were made in cleanroom technology and the management team was expanded. "I am proud of what we have achieved together. The team at Sill Optics is highly competent and will continue to work closely with my successor on new innovations," explains Christoph Sieber.

With Dr. Bonati, Sill Optics gains an experienced and highly qualified leader for the upcoming tasks. The PhD engineer has spent the past 30 years in various management positions in the optical industry, most recently as CTO and Head of R&D at FISBA AG. His extensive technological expertise from previous roles will help strengthen Sill Optics' position as a leading manufacturer of precision optics for laser applications, expand technological development, and drive strategic initiatives in new target markets. "I look forward to this new professional challenge. With great dedication, I will work with the management team and employees to achieve our company goals," says Dr. Guido Bonati.
