SIKA VTY25 Push-in turbine flow sensor: Reliability, precision and du-rability for drinking water applications

The proven VTY25 Push-in turbine flow sensor from SIKA guarantees maximum measuring accuracy and maximum operational reliability in drinking water technology.

(PresseBox) (Kaufungen, )
Imagine turning on the tap in the morning and hearing nothing. A nightmare for many operators of systems for drinking water supply, water treatment or leakage detection. This is exactly where the VTY25 Push-in turbine flow sensor from SIKA comes in: it ensures that things keep flowing – reliably, precisely and virtually maintenance-free.

Highest quality and certified safety

The VTY25 has comprehensive drinking water approvals such as WRAS, ACS and KIWA as well as KTW-BWGL and NSF/ANSI certificates, which guarantee the highest level of safety and quality for sensitive applications. Its high-quality sapphire bearing ensures excellent long-term stability, while the intelligent bearing system enables optimum operation even at low flow rates.

Thanks to its compact design and integrated flow straightener, the sensor can be easily integrated into existing systems with minimal requirements for inlet and outlet sections. The ingenious wet bearing and bearing flushing protect against contamination, significantly reduce maintenance requirements and thus ensure a particularly long service life.

SIKA tests every sensor 100 per cent on the water flow test bench and offers customers comprehensive technical documentation and test certificates to ensure reliable use.

The VTY is not only available in the popular nominal size DN 25 with a measuring range of 1 to 90 l/min, but also in the sizes DN 10, DN 15 and DN 20 – optimally adapted to your requirements.

Whether for drinking water tap detection or complex water treatment systems – the VTY25 always offers precise measurement results thanks to low series dispersion and a fixed pulse rate. This is how SIKA keeps your systems running reliably.
