Dieser Baustein erfordert für den Betrieb ein magnetisches Feld sowohl südlicher als auch nördlicher Polarität. Bei einem Magnetfeld südlicher Polarität in ausreichender Stärke ist der Ausgangssensor des Bausteins an und schaltet sich erst beim Auftreten eines Magnetfeldes nördlicher Polarität in ausreichender Stärke ab. Der TSH193 ist im TO-92S und SOT-23 Gehäuse erhältlich.
