Automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) are revolutionizing logistics and manufacturing. They increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure a smooth flow of materials. ServisControl develops, manufactures and integrates AGVs/AMRs in industry and other sectors from simple transport processes to complex customized logistics systems.

Our solutions:
  • Platform AGVs/AMRs – flexible transport of various types of cargo
  • Towing AGV/AMR – automated transport of trolleys and containers
  • Pallet AMRs – efficient handling of pallets and more
Increase productivity and safety in your operations with ServisControl robotic solutions.

RoboMec model series

RoboMec omnidirectional underride platforms are designed for precise and efficient handling in logistics and manufacturing operations. Thanks to the Mecanum wheels, they can move smoothly in real time in all directions, ensuring maximum flexibility in confined spaces.

The platforms are manufactured in various sizes. Diameter of the Mecanum wheels directly determining the load capacity and nature of the application. This allows the solution to be optimized for each specific operation, from light internal transport to the handling of extremely heavy loads.

The load capacity therefore ranges from 500 kg to 4,500 kg.

RoboCaddy Model series

RoboCaddy III represents a new generation of omnidirectional AGVs/AMRs designed for modern intralogistics. This model is available in both short and extended versions, allowing the length of the machine to be precisely adapted to the type of application and the requirements of the working environment.

Thanks to 8" Mecanum wheels it offers completely smooth omnidirectional movement in real time and reliably overcomes expansion joints and gaps in elevators, which significantly expands its potential for use in complex operations and multi-story buildings.

Thanks to these features, it was also successfully implemented at the end of last year at the Jihlava Hospital, where it provides automated meal delivery to several floors.

RoboTruck Model

RoboTruck is a towing autonomous vehicle (AMR) designed for automated material transport over longer distances. It features a towing mechanism for handling a train of carts and an optional “follow me” function for dynamic operator tracking.

The system allows automatic uncoupling of the train increasing transport efficiency and reducing the need for manual handling. RoboTruck is the ideal solution for moving larger quantities of products without requiring precise placement at the production line.

RoboTruck – an intelligent towing AMR for efficient material flow.
