SensoTech为以下情况提供了解决方案: LiquiSonic® OCR能实时地(无需取样)直接测定制冷剂回路中的油浓度--即使是在潜在的爆炸性区域。这就是说,以前由于爆炸级别提高而不得不采用其他测量方法的用户也可以使用该测量系统。传感器的设计通过了防爆认证(ATEX, IECEx),符合工业标准。集成在系统中的压力传感器也符合这些规定(ATEX, IECEx)。

LiquiSonic® 是免维护的,并提供非常精确的测量结果。这一点多年来一直受到客户肯定。 在监测制冷剂中的油时,使用不同的油和制冷剂,在一些情况下,系统能达到±0.1 wt%的精度。一旦安装,系统就能提供永久性的实时读数,且不需要维护。

SensoTech已经在其内部实验室测试台上为客户测量了各种油/制冷剂组合。例如,ND11和DAO 190(CPS)等油的混合物。其他组合可以随时在SensoTech公司的实验室中进行测量。
