Spezialisiert auf den Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte im B2B-Geschäft, unterstützt die neue Screen Sharing-Funktion die Effizienz und Effektivität des Verkaufsgespräches. Während der Kunde live durch Dokumente, Präsentationen und virtuelle Produktanimationen geführt wird, behält der Vertriebsmitarbeiter die vollständige Kontrolle über den Gesprächsverlauf. Auf diese Weise werden Missverständnisse vermieden und daraus folgt eine Zeitersparnis.

Wie funktioniert das Screen-Sharing-Feature?
Wie es für das Vertriebstool eyeCall üblich ist, ist auch für die Nutzung der Screen Sharing-Funktion auf Kundenseite keinerlei Installation notwendig. Unter Verwendung der gängigen Browser, kann der Vertriebsmitarbeiter im eyeCall-Backend die entsprechenden Fenster auswählen, welche er teilen möchte. Auf diese Weise bleiben geöffnete Dokumente und private Emaileingänge vorborgen. Gleichzeitig behält der Vertriebsmitarbeiter allerdings die Flexibilität, jederzeit zur klassischen Websitepräsentation zu wechseln und den einseitigen Video-Livestream zu starten.
