Paderborn, 14.04.2014 - Der Münchener Handels- & Dienstleistungskonzern BayWa verkauft 26 NRW Baustoffbetriebe an die neu gegründete BAUEN+LEBEN team baucenter GmbH & Co. KG - ein Gemeinschaftsunternehmen der beiden im Baustoffhandel etablierten Firmen Team AG und BAUEN+LEBEN GmbH & Co. KG.

Ab Sommer 2014 werden die rund 350 Anwender der neuen Standorte mit dem Warenwirtschaftssystem UniTrade arbeiten.

UniTrade ist eine filialfähige Handelssoftware mit Kassenintegration. Neben der komfortablen Auftragsbearbeitung und dem ausgefeilten Beschaffungswesen mit Bestandsoptimierung zeichnet sich das System durch ein leistungsfähiges Finanzwesen und ein integriertes Lagerverwaltungssystems aus.
