Erwerb eigener Aktien – 11. Zwischenmeldung

Im Zeitraum vom 24. November 2025 bis einschließlich 28. November 2025 wurden 7.900 Aktien im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufs erworben. Der Beginn des Aktienrückkaufs wurde mit Bekanntmachung vom 15. September 2025 gemäß Artikel 5 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 und gemäß Art. 2 Abs. 1 der delegierten Verordnung (EU)2016/1052 mitgeteilt.

Die Gesamtzahl der im Zeitraum vom 24. November 2025 bis einschließlich 28. November 2025 täglich zurückgekauften Aktien, die Durchschnittskurse sowie das Volumen in Euro sind wie folgt:

Die Gesamtzahl der bislang im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufs im Zeitraum vom 18. September 2025 bis einschließlich 28. November 2025 erworbenen Aktien beläuft sich auf 257.400.

Der Aktienrückkauf erfolgte durch die Baader Bank AG ausschließlich über die Börse.
