Würth führt die papierlose Rechnungsprüfung ein und setzt auf rein elektronische Prozesse

Würth, der Weltmarktführer für Befestigungs- und Montagematerial führt die papierlose Rechnungsprüfung ein. Die schweizerische Niederlassung hat sich für die Softwarelösung von Basware entschieden und setzt auf rein elektronische Prozesse.

Die Einführung ist auf den Herbst 2011 geplant und wird vom Integrationsprofi RR Donnelley umgesetzt und betrieben. Mit der Einführung der Invoice Automation erwartet Würth neben einer Erhöhung der Datenqualität im Kontierungsprozess auch verkürzte Bearbeitungszyklen und grösstmögliche Transparenz. Dass die Software sehr einfach zu bedienen ist und die Mitarbeiter Zeit sparen, sind weitere Tatsachen, die Patrick Meyer (Leiter Finanzen) und Stephan Marugg (Leiter IT) überzeugten.
