Rovi Corporation (NASDAQ: ROVI) und STRONG, führender Anbieter von Set-Top-Boxen in Europa, gaben heute bekannt, dass sie ein Lizenzabkommen über Patente von Rovi für einen elektronischen Programmführer (EPG) unterzeichnet haben.
Gemäß Vereinbarung erhält STRONG eine Lizenz für EPG-Patente von Rovi, die STRONG für seine in ganz Europa unter eigener Marke erhältlichen Set-Top-Boxen einsetzt.
