D'Auria wird für die Channel-Initiativen in der EMEA-Region verantwortlich sein und sich darauf konzentrieren, die Entwicklungsdynamik im Unternehmen über alle Vertriebskanäle hinweg voranzutreiben. Rosiello wird sämtliche Channel-Initiativen von Riverbed in Amerika leiten und den Go-to-Market-Ansatz des Unternehmens ausbauen, um Ausrichtung und Optimierung in allen Partner-Segmenten voranzutreiben. Beide bringen über zwei Jahrzehnte Branchen- und Channel-Erfahrung mit und haben somit die besten Voraussetzungen, um in beiden Regionen die Umsatzchancen des Unternehmens durch eine optimale Unterstützung der Partner zu erhöhen.
D'Auria hat in der IT-Branche bereits seine Fähigkeit bewiesen, führende Unternehmen aufzubauen und zu leiten. Für Riverbed will D'Auria sowohl die Beziehungen als auch das Partner-System in der Region EMEA weiter ausbauen.

Vor seinem Wechsel zu Riverbed war D'Auria Chief Executive Officer bei Lutech S.p.A., einem italienischen Systemintegrator. Davor war er bei EMC als Vice President und Regional Country Manager für Italien tätig und Mitglied des Managementteams EMEA. Vor dieser Tätigkeit hatte er bei Compaq und Digital Equipment eine Reihe unterschiedlicher Positionen inne, einschließlich die des Channel Sales und Global Accounts Managers.
Als Vertriebs-Teamleiter hat Rosiello neue Markteintrittsstrategien erfolgreich in einer Reihe von Organisationen eingeführt und zahlreiche Teams geleitet, darunter Business Development und Alliances, Mergers und Acquisitions sowie Strategie und Ausführung von Go-to-market-Lösungen. Vor seinem Wechsel zu Riverbed war Rosiello als Channel Executive bei Motorola Solutions tätig und hatte zuvor Führungspositionen bei Alcatel, Riverstone Networks und Cabletron Systems inne.
