Rheinmetall hat von einem internationalen Kunden einen bedeutenden Auftrag im Bereich der Serviceleistungen erhalten. Der Vertrag ist auf fünf Jahre angelegt und hat einen Wert im höheren zweistelligen MioEUR-Bereich.

Zwischen 2022 und 2027 wird Rheinmetall dem Kunden für dessen in Nutzung befindlichen Flugabwehrsysteme Ersatzteile liefern, Reparaturen ausführen sowie bei der Wartung unterstützen. Dieser Vertrag setzt eine seit Jahrzehnten erfolgreiche Geschäftsbeziehung fort.

Als internationales Systemhaus verfügt Rheinmetall nicht nur über umfassende Kompetenz bei der Entwicklung und Herstellung moderner Produkte und Systeme. Vielmehr kann das Unternehmen diese auch während der gesamten Nutzungs¬phase betreuen und Modernisierungen durchführen. Dabei kann Rheinmetall Streitkräfte und Industrie der Kundenländer einbinden, um so zum Erhalt nationaler Schlüsselfähigkeiten beizutragen.
