The Board of Directors of Repower AG has appointed Roland Leuenberger as the company's new CEO. Since September 2019, Roland Leuenberger has led the company ad interim as CEO on behalf of the Board of Directors.
Roland Leuenberger will thus manage the business of Repower as CEO with immediate effect. Currently Roland Leuenberger is still a member of the company's Board of Directors. He will step down from this position at the Annual General Meeting 2020. A replacement is currently being prepared.
